SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is free with a $75 purchase. Orders below $75 are based on the size and weight of the item. We will send you an email with tracking information after your order leaves our shop.
We use USPS for all our USA domestic shipping and the estimated arrival is within 5-8 business days

DAMAGES OR ISSUES

We ask that our customers notify us of items that arrive damaged, are defective, or incorrect within 14 days of the receipt on the package. Please email us at ArtesanaReturns@gmail.com. If the item/items are still in stock, we will ship a replacement or a refund will be issued in the original form of payment.
